It’s a Bat-watching party…..!!!!!
What, you ask, is a bat watching party?
Well, it’s really just an excuse to have a party. But we don’t really need one. Join Peter and Sherrie in a celebration of their co-habitation on Saturday, October 11th starting at 5pm.
Then at sunset— approximately 7pm—we will have a carpool caravan just a couple miles down the road, just north of Wall Springs Park .
From there we will walk through the tunnel on the Trail to the northern end and watch the bats emerge from their “bat cave.” It’s quite a site…very fun, a little freaky. It’s our own little Carlsbad Caverns in north Pinellas.
Don’t be late or you may miss out on Peter’s much-rumored, but as yet unheard by the masses, “manly scream.”
After the bat watching we’ll return to the house to continue the party as long as it feels right. RSVP is appreciated but not absolutely necessary.
